Spring 2023 Admission

Admission into the Associates, Undergraduate, and Graduate Programs is now open for most colleges in the United States.
With the first eight weeks of the Spring, 2022 semester gone, colleges in the United States have opened their e-doors for admission into the Spring 2023 semester.

Your first step in the admission process is in considering the type of degree you need.
High school graduates who intend to join the workforce early may want to consider having an Associate degree (earned within two years) rather than a bachelor’s degree.
For high school grads with a high school diploma or a GED who are considering going on a four-year program, a bachelor’s degree is the way forward.
Associate, Undergraduate, and Graduate Programs
The step-by-step guide to begin your path to academic success for an associate degree is as follows:
- Meet with a Recruitment Coordinator (WemzyXpress).
- Apply for admission.
- Mail or hand-deliver an official copy of your transcript(s) (based on your highest level of Education) to the college office of records and registration.
- Complete the New Student Orientation.
- Determine your placement test options.
- Identify financial resources and apply for financial aid.
- Schedule your appointment with an Academic and Career Advisor.
International Students
International Students follow a slightly different admission process:
- Meet with a Recruitment Coordinator (WemzyXpress).
- Complete and submit the application for admission.
- Submit all previous school documents: Transcript(s), and results of the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). Countries that use the English Language as their first language for studies may not be required to submit a TOEFL score.
- Transcripts from colleges outside the United States must be submitted to a college-recognized evaluation service for evaluation and transfer credit recommendations.
- International transfer students are also required to have their current institution complete the F-1 Transfer clearance form.
- Submit your financial certification forms (bank statement and an affidavit of support from your sponsor).
- Receive your form I-20 (if given admission) and pay your I-901 SEVIS Fee.
- Fill out the DS-160 Online Nonimmigrant Visa Application form and pay the Visa application fees to schedule an interview at the American Embassy. Note: Fees price differs for each country.
Make arrangements for housing with the college (we also take care of that), make travel plans (once offered a Visa for international students), and, say hello to having a college degree.
